TENDERS, stating the ’ v rate of interest per annum which the purchaser will accept, are invited for the purchase of Debentures to be issued by the Havelock North Town Board under “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1908 ” and its amendments, and other enabling Acts. The total issue of Debentures will not exceed in amount the sum of £19,425. Debentures will be issued in amounts varying from £2O to £lOOO.

The Debentures will be repayable on the Ist August, 19-19. Particulars as to security, etc., etc., may be obtained on written application to the Clerk of the Havelock North Town Board. East tender must be marked on the outside “ Tender.” and be addressed to The Clerk, Havelock North Town Board, Havelock North, and must be received by the Clerk not later than the 14th day of August, 1913.
