SHOCKING ACCIDENT. , Lyttelton,. July 21. To-day, when a six-ton flywheel was being placed in. position at the pumping station in Exeter street, tl. 1 ? tackle holding it broke, and the wheel fell on Janies Evans, breaking both his thighs and injuring him internally. The unfortunate man is not. expected to recover.
