PANAMA.
LAW EXCLUDING CHINESE. Washington, June 27. Air. Bryan. American Secretary for State, has instructed the Ameri can Legation at Panama to use ; t< efforts to secure a modification of the Panama law excluding Chinese. The. State Department has assured the Panama Chinese that their interests will be safeguarded.
