SALE OF BLOOD STOCK. (Received 12, 10.50 a.m.) Melbourne, March 12. At the blood stock sale. Lord Kilcheran was sold for lOOgns, Gillamatong for bOOgns. Midnight Sun was passed in at SOOgns. NAPIER PARK RACES. POSTPONED TILL TO-MORROW. Owing to the bad weather conditions, the first day’s races of the Napier Park Racing Club had to be postponed until to-morrow. The events set down for the second day wili therefore be decided on Friday. Intending race-goers are notified that the arrangements made with the Railway Department for special trains still hold good. Offices and stores which were to have observed a half-holiday to-day on account of the races remained open and will close to-morrow at noon, providing, of course, that the races do not have to be further postponed.
