Natalie Jeffries, a well-connected woman, living at Gmialming. left a loiter intimating that she was going to die in a pond, and advising her mother to do the same. The mother received the letter at four o’clock-in the morning and immediately left the house. The sere ants followed her, and found the’ bodies in the pond. No motive is assigned for the sui'ides.
