DIRECTORS INDICTED. (Received 21. 2.j p.iii. > S ' York. Dee. 23. Mr. Smithers, and 0.1.er officials of the Grand Trunk Pacific have been indicted at the instance of the Grand Jury for a breach of the AntiTrpst law in connect ion with the operatiou <.f the railwar with New York. Newhaven and Hartford. Railway conspiracy for preventing operation with steamships is also alleged.
