[OWN CORRESPONDENT.) A commit lee meeting of the Boxing Association was held last night in Mr. J. W. Elliot’s office. Accounts amounting to £lO2 17 2 were passed for pa> merit. Mr. O’Brien's resignation as assistant secretary was accepted with regret, and a hearty icte of thanks was accorded him for his valuable work in the past. Votes of thanks were also accorded to Dr. Gudfraj. the patron, Mr. Russell, the lofcieo, and all the officials whose untiring efforts helped to make the Ireland-Lowe match the great success it was.
