Mr. D. X. McMillan. District Roads Engine.-T. has completed tb.e cross-section of the big new bridge over the Waipaxva fixer on the Waipawa-Tikckino road. The river bed at this place is practically half a mile wide, but by the modern stile of bridge construction it is ptubable this distance will be reduced to 1600 ft. or 1500 ft. There is me talk of the whole structure being 'in ferro concrete.
