REVOLUTIONISING COOL STORAGE.
CLERK’S VALUABLE INVENTION. (Received 10, 10.45 a’.m.) Melbourne, Dee. 10. It is reported that Reginald Crisp aged 32. recently a signature clerk at the sayings bank, receives threequarters of a million and expenses which are very heavy, from an American syndicate for a patent revolutionising cool storage. It is claimed that the invention abolishes the nece.‘..sity for costly refrigerating machinery, anil it is possible to carry fruit and other perishables for any distance or in any circumstances. It is stated the Invention is on the vacuum principle.
