LORDS HEREDITARY PRINCIPLE. [PRESS ASSOCIATION COPYRIGHT.] London, Dec. 9. Colonel Seely, speaking at Elkiston, said the Government had not broken the constitution half enough. If the Premier introduced a measure abolishing the hereditary principle lie would meet with hearty support.
