Dargaville, Dec. 5. | A partj’ of Auckland bowlers who I took part in the opening of DargaI ville Club yesterday were returning : by special steamer last night, when J six Julies' from the heads. Roddy [ McGregor, the well-known three- ; quarter footballer, who had remained on deck, was missed, apparently , having gone overboard. No trace I was found of him. The steamer put back to the riverside port.
