Labour member foi Muneaten. and member cf the Executive of the Warwickshire Miners Union, lias been ordered to refund .£'9lB costs. IJ’ a libel action paid ficm the Union funds. The Executive considered tiie Union should pay as the action was in its interest but the Court held that the Union had no legal interest in the result.
