BATH TUB COMBINATION. Washington, Nov. 19. The United States Supreme Court in its decision on the Bath Tub Trust case fixed the principle that there could be no monopoly in an unpatented product of patented machines without violating the Sherman Law.
A combination representing 85 per cent, of the enamelled ware manufacturers in America is thus illegal.
