SUPREME COURT.
Auckland. Nov. 0. In the Supreme Court to-day, Edgar Lansing Huston, alias David Lansing Huston, who twice escaped from custody, was up on trial. One of the charges against him has not been heard. The accused was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment on each of two charges of escaping from custody, the sentences to be concurrent. On euh of two eha’-ges of, breaking and entering while at large Huston was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment, the sentences to be concurrent. He was aho declared a habitual criminal.
