CORRUPT OFFICIALS.
(Received 19, 10.55 a.rn.) New York, Nov. 18. Julian Hawthorne and Josiah Quincy, cx-Assistant SEceretarv of State, anti others, have l>een indicted for using the mails with intent, to defraud. The case involves three million dollars of stock cf gold-mining ventures.
