BILLS INTRODUCED. Melbourne, Nov. 12. In the House of Representatives, Mr. Hughes introduced the Referendum, Bill. Powers are asked for the Commonwealth to make laws dealing with industrial disputes , including State railways, and the control of trusts, combinations and monopolies. Another bill askes for power to nationalise certain industries, bust nesses and monopolies.
