No wool will be catalogued after the closing dates above fixed. For the SECOND and THIRD SALES it has been found necessary in the interests of buyers and sellers alike, to lessen the number of small lots offered. Single and two bale lots will therefore be grouped so far as is possible. Reserves on these grouped lots and on all star lots fi.e., 2 bales and under), must be left to Brokers and Owners’ reserves cannot be accepted for’SECOND and THIRD SALES on star lots. BRANDS.—In order to comply with the demands of the Wool Buyers’ Association, Wool Bales must be branded with letters not less than three inches in length; should rebranding have to be done after the wool arrives in store, a charge will be made. WEIGHTS.—The Railway Department has decided that all bales over' 4cwt will be charged rate and a half. Lighterage will be charged on similar lines when the bales weigh over 3Jcwt for scoured, and 4jcwt for greasy wools. HANDLING CHARGE.—Jd per lb to cover, Receiving, Weighing, Lotting, Cataloguing, Advertising, Insurance in Store. Any lots pissed in and not sold, a charge of 2/- per bale for offering will be made ,and 1/- per bale if re-offered.
