ANOTHER STORY. (Received 30. 9.50 a.m.) London. Oct. 29. The "Evening News” professes to have received reliable information that the illness of the Czarevitch was caused by his falling from a swing. It states that one of the Court ladies at Spala drew the child back to swing him higher, but the Czarviteh slipped from his seat and fell heavily.
