Conan Doyle, president 'of the Divorce Reform I'nion, stated that the union desires to make both sexes equal in the matter of divorce, for which incurable lunacy. penM servitude, pliyiseal or mental iruelty shall he sufficient grounds ; also to substitute divorce for separation.
