CLIVE FLYING CLUB.
The Clive Flying Club held their fifth race from Picton on Saturday for a trophy presented by Mr. G. Wells. Twenty-six birds, representing eight lofts, competed. Following are the results: —C. V, ells 1. with a velocity of 1540yds. per minute; .Merritt Bros.. 2. 1300yds: R. Wilkenson. 3. 1214yds.
