Italy is favourable to other proposals, also surrenders the Aegean Glands subject to guarantee in favour of Christians, but will not guarantee a Turkish 'loan. ARABS REPULSED. (Received 19, 12.50 p.m.) Tripoli, Sepi. 18. A severe engagement lias taken place near Benghazi. The Arabs were repulsed, losing 8(H) killed. The Italian loss was <’>! killed. 130 wounded.
