THE NEW CHINA.
TEN MILLION LONDON LOAN. London. Sept. 11. Negotiations have been proceeding in London since the middle of July, and an agreement was signed on .August’ 30th for a £10,000,000 loan at 5 per cent, with a currency of forty years, secured on unpledged securities, chiefly the salt gabelle. The lean will be free from the supervision which tlie Nations Syndicate proposed.
