T>URSUANT to Section 131 of “ The x Public Works Act 1908,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is proposed to close so much of an unused road as lies within the boundaries of Mr. George House’s property at Puketapu, comprising parts of Blocks 30 and 73 Puketapu Crown Grant District. And that a plan of the road so proposed to be closed has been prepared and is now lying open to public inspection during office hours at the offices of the Hawke’s Bay County Council in Browning street, Napier.
