A movement is on foot to establish a branch of one of the benefit lodges ! in this district. The initiative is being taken in hand by Mr. Arnott and i already over 20 members have given j in their names, which it is under- ( stood is a sufficient number to estab-; lish a branch, but as it becomes more generally known no doubt the membership will be considerable- increased.
