TEAM FOR AMERICA. (Received 9. 9 a.m.) Sydney-, Aug. 9. The Rugby Union team for America departs by the Moana on September nth. NAPIER MATCHES. To-morrow afternoon’s matches arc a continuation of the second round of the combined championships. On the Recreation Ground, Napier. Marist Brown Old Boys meet Star at 2 p.m.. and as the latter team has won on the two previous Saturdays it is out to make its third the lucky number. Pirates meet Havelock at 3.15 and a splendid game should result. High School will travel to Hastings to play Kaitnki and will be accompanied by two junior teams. Two third grade matches take place on Nelson Park and a junior match on larndon Park.
