Mr. Conway, it will be remembered, was recently kilted through a fall from a trap in Herctaunga street, whilst on his «ay to work. Mrs. Conway is left with four children, all under nine years of age. and the family is entirely without ary.means' of livelihood. It is proposed to devote the moncy subscribed towards paying off a sum of about £4O owing on Mrs. Conway’s house, and any balance of the fund will -be invested for the family’s benefit as may be considered best by the subscribers.
