CANADIAN RAILWAY PROPOSALS. (Received C, 10.5 a.m.) Sydney, Aug. 6. A representative of the Canadian Northern railway has arrived and interviews Mr. Fisher. The company’s proposal is to establish a fast all-red mail service between Sydney and England, vm. Honolulu and Suva of 23 days. Big tonnage. 18 to 20 knots steamers will be employed.
