STATE GOVERNMENTS GRANT A SUBSIDY. | (Received 29. 10.0 a.m.) Melbourne, July 29. The Victorian Government will , probably grant £4OO subsidy to the j Hull service scheme, which provides i for a monthly direct service. i A subsidy of £lOOO each rrtn will be divided equally between Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
