SUPERANUATION BOARD. YVellington, July 15At the quarterly meeting of the Public Service Superannuation Board Mr. J. H. Blow, LS.O., and Mr. J. Strauchon. 1.5.0.. took theri seats as newly-appoint r d mem'urof the board. Certain officers in th< Posf and Telegraph Department wen- gran’ed permission to count former service in other departments, the service,having been continuous. The secretary informed the board that the amount at credit of the fund in the hands of the Public Trustee and in the post office on June 30th, 1912, was £357.579. The totals of retiring allowances and annuities to widows and children passed b_v the bca:d are as follows: —Ordinary £l t -7. medically unfit £315. ten widows and fourteen chikirv n £362. total £2595.
