FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE.
UNSOUND AT LIVERPOOL.
London. July 9. The most seri-uis development of the foot, and mouth outbreak was the discovery at St. John’s Market. Liverpool, that offal from Materford contained an affected bead. In the House of Commons Mr. T. W. Russell denied the sensational store that the head bad been mutilated to conceal the disease. All Leads of beasts shipped a*. Waterford had the tongues removed for sale separately.
