REVOLT AT MONASTIR.
MUTINOUS TURKISH TROOPS
(Received 5, 11.20 a.m.) Constantinople. July 4. The Salonika troops sent to suppress the Monastic outbreak arc encamped outside the town, and have resolved not to fire on their comrades. Eight additional battalions have been sent.
