THE EXCLUSION OF PREFERENCE. London, June 27. In the House of Commons Mr. Harcourt denied that one of the overseas dominions had protested against the exclusion of the United Kingdonf from the terms of preference of the Empire Trade Commission. The terms were agreed to by all the dominions.
