PLURAL VOTING BILL. London, June 1. Mr. Hobhouse, in a speech, said that the Plural Voting Bill would pass the House of Commons this session. NORFOLK BY-ELECTION. The North-west Norfolk by-elec-tion to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Sir George White, resulted as follows:—E. G. Hemmerde, Liberal, 5613; N. P. Jodrell, Unionist, 4965. The Insurance Bill was the principal factor in the election. At the last election the following was Sir G. White (L.) 5407. N. P. Jodrell (U.) 4264.
