STATION CADET MISSING.

Waipawa, June 3.

Mr. Leo Burnett, who has been engaged as cadet at Gwavis Station, Tikokino, for the last two years, has been missing from the station since last Thursday morning, and although search parties have been out, no trace can be found of him. His gun is missing. Mr. Burnett received a sunstroke some time ago, and it is thought he may have wandered in a fit of absent-mindedness .
