Results : — Manawapou Handicap Hurdles, s Surplus 1, Seamen 2, Dogger Bank 3. Also started: Kauroa, Silver Cluse, Clemency, Bismark, Rawinia, Te Waharoa, Coronetted, St. Prior and Forward. Won by three-quart-ers o fa length. Time 2min 51 1-5 sec.
Borough Handicap.—Xgatiruanui .1, Draft 2, Eastwind 3. Also started : Muleteer, Strategist, Master Tupuhi, Awahou and Squireen. Won by three parts of a length. Time, Imin. 33sec. The Shorts.—Prosper 1, Lady Finn 2, Sweet Breeze 3. Also started : Park Tide. Princess Flo. Haeremai. Retrieve. Kavelah. Crawford, Allandale. Wai, Rare. Slyvan Glade, Floss. Won by two lengths. Time, linin Ssecv.
