THE REVOLT AT FEZ.

(Received 20, 1 p.m.) Tangier, April 19. The troops at Fez mutinied because they objected to the regulation for part paying of wages in. food. The mutineers shot all the French officers, instructors and attacked the wireless station,' killing four operators.

They looted the French Bank and the French quarter generally. A French reinforcement is guarding the Consulates.

FRENCH REINFORCEMENTS. (Received 20, 1 p.m.) Tangier, April 13. Twenty Europeans were killed at Fez. Fightin continues. thousand French are marching from Mekinoz.
