(Before Mr. E. C. Cutten. S.M.) For failing to comply with an order of the court a ease was adjourned until May 9th by complainant's request.

CIVIL CASES.

Judgment was given by default in the following cases: —Charles Lnnpus v. John Cochrane £4'ls/10. costs 10/- ; J. Ferguson v. Atlas White, £l4/9/6, costs £l/12/6. Eight renewals of old age pensions were granted.
