WELSH DISESTABLISHMENT. London, April 15. The introduction of the Disestablishment Bill will be delayed until the Nationalists return from the Home Rule Convention in order to secure the Government majority. The bill has been modified, permitting the clergy of the Welsh dioceses to remain members of the Convention. THE HUNGER STRIKERS. (Received 16, 11.20 a.m.) London, April 15. Replying to Mr. Lansbury, Socialist member for Bow, Mr. McKenna said that 25 suffragettes had been forcibly fed, and of these five had been discharged ill, while ten were still being fed by tubes.
