The suffragettes in Chicago are bitterlj' opposing Mr. Roosevelt’s candidature in consequence of his attitude on women’s suffrage, against which he spoke in the Illinnois State elections. MR. ROOSEVELT SCORES. New York, April 14. Mr. Roosevelt carried almost twothirds of the delegates of the Pennsylvania State Republic Convention. Mr. Woodrow Wilson secured the most of the Democratic support. The total delegates supporting Mr. Taft are 340 and Mr. Roosevelt 190.
