FOILED IN FURTHER OUTRAGE. Paris, April 2. Prevost and Coulound were ar rested loitering outside the bank awaiting the exit of a messenger carrying 1,500,000 francs in cash and securities. Prevost confessed that he ntended to stun or poison the messenger, and had arranged with the ’river of an automobile to enable him to escape.
