THE Napier Borough Council invites Tenders for a loan of £15,584/8/11 which the said Council is raising for the purpose of clearing off the overdraft existing on the 31st March, 1910, in respect of the District Fund Account at the Bank of New Zealand. / TERM OF LOAN : The said loan is repayable on 30th June, 1944. SECURITY: A special rate of 1 31-32ths’of apenny in the £ on the annual rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Napier. INTEREST:

4) per centum payable half-yeiirly SINKING FUND:

10/- per centum per annum. DEBENTURES: 155 Debentures of £lOO each and one debenture of £B4/8/11 under the Local Bodies Loans Act 1908, and all ranking pari passu.

The money will be required to be paid to the Council at Napier free of exchange. Tenders may include the whole amount of the loan or be for th? amount of any one or more debenture or debentures.
