HOW FRANKLIN “ GOT IT OFF HIS CHEST.” During the winter an epidemic of colds had raged, and Franklin developed a nasty cold that he could not shake off. He coughed and sneezed, and grew irritable. The cold grew worse —his wife grew alarmed. “Something will have to be done,” she said. Then one day she read in the paper. “ Baxter's Lung Preserver cures coughs and colds quickly; 1/10 the large-sized bottle.” “ Give it a trial,” said Franklin. | “ The stuff that cured mother!” said the wife. “ I should have thought of it before.” So they bought a “ bottle of Baxter’s,” and watched results. The first dose relieved him, and before the bottle was finished he was bettor! * ‘Renewed my lease of life for 1/10,” he said to a friend later, “ and have ■ never been troubled with colds since.” j Try a hottie for your cold —1/10 the : large-sized bottle.* i
