INDUSTRIAL ARBITRATION BILL. (Received 8, 8.40 a.m.) ' Sydney, March 8. Government proceeds with the Industrial Arbitration Bill, notwithstanding the Council’s deletion of the preference to unionists clause. None of the vital principles will be sacrificed. The Council’s amendments will necessitate a conference of the two Houses.
