PARTITION OF BENGAL. London, Mar. 5. Agah Khan is resigning the presidency of the All India Moslem League. This is attributed to his acquiescing in the breaking of pledges to the Mohammedans of Eastern Bengal. Calcutta, Mar. 5. The All India Moslem League approved the transfer of the capital, and bitterly deplored the annulment of the partition of Bengal as having the appearance that the authorities were ready to make concessions to seditious clamours.
