TRADE AN DINDUSTRIAL PROBLEMS. (Received 6, 8.5 a.m.) Berlin, March t>. ileri Debruech; speaking in the Reichstag, stated that foreign industry haii grown stronger. Tariffs had not helped Germany against protectionist countries, but tree Trade England has to put up with anything that foreigners think fit to do. Growing private monopolies tn'ght become more dangerous than State monopolies, and Germany may have gradually to transform private into State Monopolies though the time was not ripe yet.
