The four republican delegates are returning to Nanking to urge the republican Government to go to Pekin to establish a coalition. MUTINEERS PARDONED. (Received 6, 9.50 a.m.) Pekin. March 5. Government has pardoned a thousand Fengtai mutineers and provided them with a special train to proceed to Lukikau. The train was so filled with equipment and loot that the mutineers were forced to walk.
