SWIMMING.
Favoured with beautiful weather the annual snorts of th? boys from tli? Napier Technical College were held in the Municipal Baths this morning. There was a large number of entries and ail the races were keenly contested, close finishes resulting in several events. The following are the results : — WO Yards Championship.—S. Head I, Benyman 2, D. Gillies 3. Biggest Splash.—H. Anderson 1. 11. eßach 2. Beginners' Three. - -J. Milne 1, J. Alexander 2. 25 Yards Championship.—J. Maher and AV. Berryman 1, S. Head 3. Neat Header.—A. Humphreys 1. J. Alexander 2. 50 Yards Championship. —S. Head 1. J. Maher 2. Long I)ive.- -E. Knapp 1, 11. Beach 2. TOO Feet Handicap.—J. Maher (Isec.) 1. AV. Berryman (scr> 2. Relay Race was won by the junior team. The girls will hold their swimming sports to-morrow morning in th? Municipal Baths.
