In the Assembly, Mr. Daeey moved the second reading of the Housing Bill. He declared the scheme would cause no great drain on the labour market, for every tradesman required one would be brought from England to replace him. He proposed to erect a garden cdy and offer the people a healthy life. No hotels would lie allowed within the area. Between a hundred and nine hundred houses could be erected. The second reading was carried. LABOURITE EJECTED. (Received 29, 9.15 a.m.) Sydney, Feb. 29. One of'the Labour members came into collision with the Chair and was removed from the Chamber.
