MOTOR FIENDS.
A MURDEROUS RIDE. Paris, Feb. 28. A motor car at Piacc-de-llarve knocked down a number of people. The motorists, when threatened with arrest, fired their revolvers, killing a gendarme. They then drove at fidl speed, pursued by the police in another car.
During the chase a girl was seriously injured. The murderers escaped.
