ALBANIAN REVOLT.
THE POSITION SERIOUS. St. Petersburg, Feb. 26. A serious revolt has occurred in Albania, and 60.000 soldiers have been mobilised. The Turks are beleaguering the towns of Kumanova and Bratovo.
